Home is the default landing page for team members at https://app.letsflow.ai. It combines two jobs in one surface:
  1. Team-member requests through the prompt bar at the bottom of the page
  2. Operator triage through conversation filters, the work list, and the right-hand sidebar
Every team member can use Flow. Operators and approvers also use Home to see what needs attention before opening Conversations for full detail. Requesters contact Flow through the Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email channel their organization configured.

Layout

The prompt wording changes with your role and available actions. A disclaimer reminds you to verify responses before acting.

Ask Flow from Home

1

Select Home.

Select Home from the sidebar if you are not already there.
2

Describe what you need.

Use plain language in the prompt bar. Include the service, person, or team when you know it. Press Enter to send.
3

Answer follow-up questions.

Provide the target team, justification, duration, target person, or other details when Flow asks.
4

Track the outcome.

After submission, follow the conversation in the list or in Conversations.

Triage from Home

1

Narrow your search.

Use a queue filter to narrow the list.
2

Assign the conversation.

On Unassigned, select Assign to me on a row to pick up the conversation without opening it. The button appears on any unassigned conversation you have permission to assign, including one you opened yourself. It does not appear on a conversation already assigned to you.
3

Approve or reject.

Use My approvals in the sidebar to approve or reject without leaving Home.
4

See the conversation details.

Select a row to open the conversation detail page.
For deep triage (threads, assignment, status changes), continue in Help desk and Conversations.

Conversation filters

The Home conversation list spans every team you are a member of. Counts beside each filter update as work moves through the queue.

My approvals

The My approvals sidebar lists every pending approval routed to you across your organization, alongside an Approve and Reject action. When you decide as an organization administrator, the reject action is labeled Deny. Routing can select you directly or through a procedure such as manager, team manager, group member, or organization administrator approval. Approvals routed to teammates appear in their My approvals, not yours. Organization admin access does not override the current approval audience. The Approve and Reject actions appear only for rows you can act on.
