Flow connects to enterprise systems through provider setup in the app. Use these pages for knowledge, assets, and ticketing. For identity providers such as Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Entra, and for provider actions inside an automation, use Automation integrations. These pages describe supported integrations, not what is connected in your workspace. Slack, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, Jira, and other providers are available to Flow only after the relevant integration is configured with the required scope.

Chat integrations

An organization administrator can connect Slack or Microsoft Teams from Integrations → Add connection. Day 1 setup and Settings → Chat use the same provider setup. Flow uses one primary chat provider per organization. To switch providers, disconnect the current provider in Settings → Chat, then connect the other provider. Disconnecting stops replies and removes team-channel links. Create new channel links after switching. Microsoft Teams shows its tenant connection in Integrations. Select Manage Microsoft Teams to finish app installation and channel setup. Tenant verification alone does not confirm channel readiness. See Slack setup and Microsoft Teams setup.
