Requesters ask for application access through the Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email channel their organization configured. They do not need to choose a provider connection or fulfillment automation. Microsoft Teams supports application access requests only for the current speaker. Use Slack or email to request access for another person.

What must be ready

A provider connection alone does not make every discovered application requestable.

Verify access

Confirm identity and team checks.

Open Settings → Quick setup and confirm the identity and team checks are ready.

Confirm Access management is enabled.

Open Settings → Flow Teams and confirm Access management is enabled for the team.

Ask for the application or entitlement.

Use a configured requester channel to ask for the application or entitlement.

Confirm the request resolves correctly.

Confirm that Flow finds the intended item and creates the expected approval or fulfillment path.
Flow does not expose a general application-catalog editor in the browser. If an expected item is missing after the checks above, send the details through Feedback so the catalog setup can be reviewed.
