What Flow inventories from Google Workspace

Google Workspace asset integration syncs ChromeOS and related device inventory from your domain into Flow’s organization asset inventory. It is separate from identity and licensing setup.

Capabilities

  • ChromeOS and related device inventory
  • An organization-wide source enabled from Integrations
  • Manual and scheduled sync
  • Assigned-user details when available

Configuration

Connect from Integrations. Enabling Assets on the connection creates an organization-wide asset source separate from Google Workspace identity and licensing connections.

Connect in Flow

1

Add the connection.

Open Integrations → Add connection and choose Google Workspace.
2

Choose Device and license inventory (read only).

Flow selects User and group administration until you change it. That connection can’t sync assets, and Enable isn’t available afterward. Choose Device and license inventory (read only) before you authorize. To add user and group administration later, connect Google Workspace again.
3

Complete authorization with an administrator who can approve device inventory access.

4

Enable Assets.

Open the connection, select the Assets tab, and select Enable. Flow queues the first sync.
5

Review the first sync.

Review Last sync and Inventory on the Assets tab.

Scopes and permissions

Flow requests read access to device inventory and related resource data. Review the provider consent screen before authorizing the source.
