Find the Freshservice integration

Open Integrations.
Choose Add connection.
In Add connection, search for Freshservice.
Select the Freshservice card.

Open Flow

Connect

Pick the team that will use the connection.
Select the Freshservice actions that team’s automations need.
Complete the provider authorization or credential step.
