## What Flow can help with

Flow is an AI-native enterprise service management product and AI assistant that can help you with a range of routines.

* Answer work questions from company knowledge
* Keep conversations, owners, status, approvals, and resolution together
* Coordinate repeatable work across people, approvals, and connected systems
* Help operators triage active work and move it to resolution.
* Flow can support IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Marketing, and other service teams. The services and automations available to each team depend on how your workspace is configured.

## What depends on your workspace

The docs describe what Flow supports, not what your organization has enabled. Published services, active automations, connected integrations, approval rules, and available actions depend on setup, permissions, role, scope, and company policy. Check your workspace to confirm what is active. Flow cannot automatically perform a capability that is not supported and enabled for your team.
