# Settings

> Workspace configuration for users, identity, channels, ticket sync, and API access.

## Who uses Settings

**Settings** is the org admin hub for workspace configuration. Open it from **Settings** in the left sidebar when you have admin access.

The landing page is a tile grid. Each tile opens a focused admin surface. Provider-specific connect steps live in the [Integrations](/integrations) tab of this documentation site; this chapter maps tiles to outcomes.

## Settings tiles

| Tile | What it covers |
| - | - |
| **Quick setup** | Activation checklist and disposition blockers while onboarding is in progress |
| **Users** | Members, invitations, and org-level admin assignment |
| **Flow Teams** | Team capabilities, channels, membership, defaults, and team Flow instructions |
| **Identity** | SSO, directory sync, and sign-in readiness for workspace members |
| **Chat** | Slack or Microsoft Teams connection, team channel links, and verified identities |
| **Security & permissions** | Audit trail and optional forwarding of security events |
| **Global AI settings** | Organization Flow instructions, knowledge behavior, web search, and controls to turn off Flow's responses |
| **Ticket Sync** | ServiceNow and Jira Service Management sync, per-source identity, text cleanup, status and priority mappings; catalog items for other IT service management (ITSM) tools |
| **API & MCP Access** | Service accounts, API keys, hosted MCP credentials, and outbound webhooks |

Tiles you can open depend on your admin capabilities. Team admins may see **Flow Teams** without full org settings.
