# Home

> Team-member dashboard, Flow requests, approvals, and conversation filters.

**Home** is the default landing page for team members at [https://app.letsflow.ai](https://app.letsflow.ai). It combines two jobs in one surface:

1. **Team-member requests** through the prompt bar at the bottom of the page
2. **Operator triage** through conversation filters, the work list, and the right-hand sidebar

Every team member can use Flow. Operators and approvers also use Home to see what needs attention before opening **Conversations** for full detail. Requesters contact Flow through the Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email channel their organization configured.

## Layout

| Area | Purpose |
| - | - |
| **Conversation filters** | Conversation queue filters across every team you are a member of |
| **Conversation list** | Active conversations for the selected filter |
| **Sidebar: My approvals** | Pending approvals routed to you that you can decide right now |
| **Flow prompt bar** | Natural-language requests and follow-up turns |

The prompt wording changes with your role and available actions. A disclaimer reminds you to verify
responses before acting.

</Steps>

For deep triage (threads, assignment, status changes), continue in [Help desk](/setup/help-desk) and [Conversations](/setup/conversations).

## Conversation filters

The Home conversation list spans every team you are a member of. Counts beside each filter update as work moves through the queue.

| Filter | Shows |
| - | - |
| **Assigned to me** | Conversations assigned to you across all your teams (default) |
| **Unassigned** | Conversations with no assignee on any of your teams. Each row you can assign carries an **Assign to me** action |
| **Assigned to my team** | Conversations assigned to someone other than you on any of your teams |

## My approvals

The **My approvals** sidebar lists every pending approval routed to you across your organization, alongside an **Approve** and **Reject** action. When you decide as an organization administrator, the reject action is labeled **Deny**. Routing can select you directly or through a procedure such as manager, team manager, group member, or organization administrator approval.

Approvals routed to teammates appear in their **My approvals**, not yours. Organization admin
access does not override the current approval audience. The **Approve** and **Reject** actions
appear only for rows you can act on.
