# ServiceNow (API key)

> Create, retrieve, update, and delete records in ServiceNow tables.

export const flowWebUrl = "https://app.letsflow.ai";

Flow uses this integration to run ServiceNow Table API actions from automations with the team connection selected during setup. Connect with ServiceNow OAuth or with a ServiceNow API key. Both methods use the same Table API actions, and admins choose which actions each team can use.

    In ServiceNow, create an OAuth API client that supports client credentials, and note the client ID and client secret. The connection runs with the access ServiceNow grants that client, so give it access to the tables your automations use. Sub-production instances are supported.
